Digital Products & Delivery

All products sold by Plume Invites are digital downloads. Upon successful payment, you will receive:

• Instant download link via email
• Access to your files within your account dashboard
• Files in multiple formats (PDF, PNG as applicable)

License & Usage Rights

When you purchase a digital invitation from Plume Invites, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the design for your personal event.

Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final. We cannot offer refunds once files have been downloaded or accessed.

Customization Services

For designs with customization services:

• Custom designs are typically $25–$50
• Minor changes after the initial design are included
• Major changes or multiple rounds of revisions may incur an additional $5
• You'll receive a response within 24 hours; development may take 3 to 5 business days once the order is confirmed

Intellectual Property

All designs and content are protected by copyright. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or modification is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

Privacy & Data

We protect your personal information. Data collected is used solely for order fulfillment, communication and seasonal promotions. We do not sell or share your information with third parties.

Changes to Terms
